Our flats have a basic equipment. Below you will find a detailed list. If you are not sure whether everything is available for your holiday, you are always welcome to contact us.

We offer several lockable bike rooms.
You will find a bike wash area directly at the car park.

We offer a bread service for flat guests. The bread rolls can be ordered the day before until 4 pm and are ready for collection in the morning in the corridor to the reception from approx. 6:30 am. On Sunday, bread delivery is only possible if ordered on Friday.
We are also happy to supply you with a daily breakfast basket. € 14.00 per person.
If you are interested, please let us know before your arrival.

At Leni Mountain Café & Bar we offer you selected, regional products with the best taste and highest quality.
 
Opening hours
In summer Wednesday – Monday from 2.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. (closed on Tuesday).
In winter daily from 2.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.

You can check into your apartment from 2 pm. Earlier check-ins can be arranged in advance depending on availability.
 
Late check-in
Please inform us if you are planning to arrive after 6 pm.

We kindly ask you to leave your apartment by 10 am.

This funicular connects the Leni Mountain Apartments with the centre of Sölden. This can be operated like a lift in a building itself and is free of charge.
 
Opening hours
Open in summer from 08.30 to 21.00
In winter open from 08.30 hrs to 24.00 hrs.

Please do not to bring guests into your apartment who are not staying at our house.

Our apartment house is open from mid June until the beginning of May.

Parking spaces are available for each flat. The use of these is free of charge.

– Söldenkogel: 3 parking spaces
– Brunnenkogel: 3 parking spaces
– Rotkogel: 2 parking spaces
– Grieskogel: 1 parking space
– Gaislachkogel: 2 pitches
– Zuckerhütl: 3 pitches
– Timmelsjoch: 3 pitches

If you and your fellow travellers arrive with more vehicles than listed above, we will be happy to clarify on arrival whether these can also be parked at the house. Otherwise, parking spaces are available for a fee in the centre garage in Sölden.

Prices
All prices shown on our homepage are in Euro incl. statutory tax. The prices are per apartment/night.
All prices and other information are subject to change.
 
Final cleaning
For the flats an additional one-time final cleaning fee will be charged.
 
Local tax
– Local tax in summer (01.06. – 31.10.) per person/day: € 3,50
– Local tax in winter (01.11. – 31.05.) per person/day: € 3,50
– Children under 15 years are exempt from local tax.
 
Special booking conditions
Minimum stay from Christmas to mid-April is 7 days.
Short-term bookings are also possible.
 
Payment options
We accept the following means of payment: cash, bank transfer before arrival, Master Card, Visa, American Express, EC card.

We kindly ask you to keep quiet in the house. Guests may want to sleep at any time. From 10 pm in particular, we ask you not to disturb the night’s rest of the other guests.

Pets are welcome to stay in the Leni Mountain apartments upon request.

For your winter sports equipment, three storage rooms for skis are available for apartments 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8.
For apartments 4 and 5, boxes are provided in front of the apartments.
For apartments 1, 4, 5 and 7 special drying facilities for ski boots are available in the entrance area of the apartments.
For guests in apartments 2, 3 and 8, the dryers are provided in the lockable ski storage rooms.

Smoking is prohibited in all apartments. Smoking is allowed on the terraces only.

Deposit
A deposit of 30% is payable at the time of booking. This is non-refundable.
 
Cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival, 30% of the amount (= deposit) is payable.
Cancellations between 60 – 0 days prior to arrival or no-shows are subject to payment of 100% of the total amount.
 
Important information about cancellation
If you have to cancel your booking, we will immediately look for a replacement in order to minimise the cancellation costs or refund yours.
 
Travel insurance
We recommend that you take out travel insurance. For example, with Europäische Reiseversicherung.

We follow a strict waste recycling system in Sölden. A detailed list of how to separate and recycle waste materials is provided in the kitchen in each apartment.

Our small wellness area is open daily from 4 pm to 9 pm.
In case of bad weather or by personal arrangement, we are happy to open the area earlier.
